- Guide Global Committee direction
- Guide OD issues and business needs
- Recommend actions that will enable the achievement of the global committee
objectives
- Share knowledge of existing OD best practices, and successful approaches
- Guide Sector or Industry Grassroots Teams
- Implement Recommendations in organizations
- Assist with resources for committee meetings
Academic Advisory Board
- Review and validate research model and process; provide theoretical
and practical research.
- Leverage their personal and professional credibility, by reaching
out to other academic institutions to unite, energize and mobilize faculty
around the world.
- Provide guidance and perspectives to promote bridging academic and
practical- development to “scholar-practitioners”.
- Review and validate business challenges and opportunities in every
sector.
- Provide graduate student involvement as appropriate.
- Communicate OD/OB future trends in academia.
- Provide perspective regarding OD/OB programs in academic institutions.
- Collaborate and act as catalysts to continually innovate OD models
and examine academic programs accordingly.
