Build a united, energized and effective network of Organization Development Professionals to address current and future global business issues throughout the different sectors and institutions in society: including business, government, community, nonprofit and education.

  • Identify and leverage key stakeholders
    Initiate and provide support to grassroots teams by region, country, sector, and industry
  • Establish solid foundation of research using balance of traditional and action research approaches
  • Provide knowledge management tools and virtual interventions to use technology to make our efforts more global, facilitating on-line learning.

Expected Outcomes

  • A clear vision of the OD profession
  • Clarity around how OD adds value and makes a difference to individuals, organizations and to society
  • A description of OD's key methods, tools, competencies and skills
  • A roadmap for the OD profession to move forward and institutionalize its vision and mission
  • Establish partnerships with Academic Institutions to enhance existing education curriculum to facilitate the implementation of the OD vision and mission.
