Training and Support

We are constantly seeking to make our solutions ever more intuitive and accessible. In general, due to the built in autonomy of the ProgramShop platform the need for training and technical support is greatly reduced. The online help satisfies our most demanding users.

However, we do offer training sessions to user groups to help make the transition to our delivered solution rapid and efficient. In some cases the training can bypass the strict perimeters of the tool and approaches subjects specific to the profession including ‘best practices’ and seminars on work methods.

Depending on the number of participants, the training volume and geographic location, sessions can also be organized at a distance via teleconference.

Similarly, depending on your needs, we also provide user support through an online system, email, fax or telephone.
